FT. LAUDERDALE THROUGH TORONTO 2

Is the best run of shows of all time. Saw 5 of the shows, heard another four boots and followed all the sets closely. The intensity, the varied sets (yes even MSG), the full albums Vs, Ten and Binaural, everything was incredible.

This has been very fitting for a 25th Anniversary Tour. The next month will be boring but then comes the fests and ballparks!

    This was the best time to start the thread. Exactly what we need. Get things back to a easier track. which is exactly what I was trying to accomplish with my post about the 2 getting shut down. I like to use humor when I see things getting a little heated. But yes, I just cant wait to see what tricks they will be pulling out of their sleeves with the festivals and ballpark shows, as they have been on fire this year. I am really stoked for Wrigley 1 and 2. August cant get here fast enough.

    2014 Midwest was way better. Post-2005 shows cannot even compare to previous ones

    IMO this is the best tour, they aren't touring in support of an album they have opened the catalog completely and have done whatever they have wanted including full albums and covers
    the crowd and band energy has been at its absolute peak

    2014 Midwest tour was electric, BUT 2016 took it to another level all around

    I'd take this run over 2014 any day, but those sets were amazing too and I could see someone choosing those as their favorites.

    Observing TEN early in the first set is something I will remember forever. High energy, tightness and emotion throughout. It was fucking Epic I say!

    This might just be my bias (this tour was my first time seeing them), but this run is unforgettable.

    Weeks later- after hearing all the boots through msg 2 with Canada coming up tomorrow- still think this is a crazy run.

    I have to say any of the 2016 are great. Yes, three shows had full albums. But the others had some awesome sets. Also, IMO, the band is playing at their best in a very long time.
