http://www.preciseseating.com/. There are lots of posts and obstructed view seats at Fenway. Some seats are directly behind a post( like seat: space to stand: post) This site shows you what is obstructed from every seat in the park. It's meant for games, but will work for concerts too if you have the general idea of where the stage is.

    Tickets.com warns you if the tickets have a restricted view, at least they do for Wrigley. I was testing it with the Billy Joel show and I got tickets with a red R next to them and a red warning about the restricted view.
