is Fenway Park and Wrigley Field supposed to bePJ25. What do you think?

I hope not just for the fact they didn't tell us so I think PJ25 will be a different announcement ? What do you think?

    It's a good question that I've wondered myself. I'd say probably not, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility. Both shows are definitely a unique sort of thing which could be considered the "something special" for PJ25 they hinted at during the twitter thing. For the sake of our western brethren I hope there is something going on over there as well.

    No. It would've been marketed that way if it was. I'm expecting it to happen in Seattle in Sept or Oct.

    PJ 25 was in central park last year. Pj 26? Who knows.

    No way. Bonnaroo, Fenway, and Wrigley are all spaced too far apart. It's hard to believe that these are the only dates for summer... I know they only played 2 dates in the summer in 2013, but those 2 were only days apart.
    There is more coming somewhere. My guess is a few more shows in summer, and a destination event in early fall.

    Absolutely would have been marketed as PJ25 if they were intended to be PJ25.

    Now replace Seattle with Las Vegas and we are good to go.

    PJ25 will be a destination event… Sadly I won't be able to go … After MSG 1, nd 2 Fenway Shows I will be tapped out .. Unless they do it at Saratoga, NY !! Wich would be cool !!

    Hmmm. Key Arena? Pearl Jam concerts in Seattle during election years:

    '92 Magnuson Park
    '96 Key Arena
    '00 Key Arena
    '04 Showbox
    '08 None
    '12 None

    Key is the only repeat (and they played two nights in 00) so maybe that's it?

    Is the election year clue about the date? Election Day is as late as it can be this year. The first Tuesday after the first Monday doesn't fall until November 8. So are we looking at PJ25 the weekend before, 11/4 - 11/6?

    This is great.

    I also believe Wrigley & Fenway would have been marketed as PJ25 if they had anything to do with the anniversary.

    I fully expect something else in the fall.

    Isn't the World Series almost always wrapped up by Halloween? I remember the Red Sox 2013 parade was on Halloween, so the series itself was over two days before and that series went six games.

    Last year the royals won game 5 on Nov 1. If it went all 7 it would have finished on Nov 4.
