Writers bloc - help!

I am struggling to find ideas, inspiration, topics to write about for a number of songs I have come up with on guitar.
I need lyrics to finish them and can't.
How do you all overcome this?

    to me there is soooo much to write about, never have issues with writers block, just think of experiences, stuff that gets to you, stuff that hurt you, made you happy etc

    "thoughts arrive" started this thread and someone's first post is "to me there is soooo much to write about". This thread is ironic!!!! :lol:

    OP, I'd suggest taking a break from writing and wait until it feels natural. Pushing yourself back into it too quickly will make you more frustrated. Good luck!!!
