Taking advantage of this important moment of the 20th anniversary of the band, we'd like to suggest a meeting between the band and the 20 fans registered in the Ten Club who have more than 20,000 stories to share and, if possible, we would like this to be one more.
We are an group of longtime fans of Pearl Jam and we have all become great friends because of the band. We met through the fan club of the fan Restless Souls -- Pearl Jam Brazilian Fan Club, and since 2005 we have been trying to contact the band here in Brazil. We also participate in the group pearljam@grupos.com.br and in the Facebook pagehttp://www.facebook.com/groups/143713032354373?ap=1., and in the http://www.pearljambrasil.com/
We wrote a letter which was sent to the media listed below, requesting that the band come to Brazil and asking for a meeting with the band.

We can, for sure, say that Pearl Jam´s songs are like a magic that makes our minds stronger and brings peace to our souls. The world needs exemples of citizenship and peace and Pearl Jam teaches it through their songs and through their humanitarian acts (e. g. benefit shows and acts...). They teach youth to respect cultural diversity. and to fight for our dream.
Pearl Jam came to our lives and made us get together to ask the band to come play in Brazil. Let us feel the energy, love and peace through their songs.
And we will give them all we learned with their songs: peace, love, freedom of thought and generosity.
