PORTLANDIA

Surprised to see there isn't a thread for this yet. Just watched the Eddie Vedder episode last night from season 2...and it was a complete and wonderful surprise! This show is a bit weird at times, but well worth it if you like to laugh. I still like the pilot episode best (the opening skit and song) I think, but great stuff all around.

    It's a great show.

I grew up in Claremont,CA and downtown is quite Portlandia esque especially with those colleges there.

Ben Harper grew up there and his family owns a folk music shop there. I usually go to the Laemmle art house at the expanded downtown there as well for new movies.
