Help, cant get ticket site for Bogota to work!

I've been trying to get the website to purchase tickets for Bogota to work, and I keep getting an error message while im trying to register. It seems like some other folks on here have had a similar problem. What's the trick to getting registered and buying some tickets. Also, anyone who has bought them, what delivery method is correct. Looks like you have to set it up to get them from a ticket outlet in Bogota, is that right? Thanks in advance!

Any luck? I'm trying to buy tickets now and am wondering if you all are picking up in Bogota before the show.

If you're American, I remember having issues trying to register becuz the system wasn't accepting the US as a valid country, so instead I would enter the Other category and manually typed in the words United States (or Estados Unidos), and that allowed it to work
