Seeing him in October at the Grand Opera House in Delaware...if he shows this time. 2 years ago I waited outside the venue to try and get an LP signed for a few hours and he ended up cancelling the show. I was pretty bummed but the opening act Bhi Bhiman was an awesome dude and came out and asked me my name and put me on the guest list for the next show at the Borgata. Super cool dude. Hopefully he shows this time because the Grand is one of the best venues around.

That venue looks amazing! I was totally going to trek to Wilmington, then Blur announced their MSG show the same night so that was that. Lucky for me, he's doing 2 nights at the Beacon :)

Saw him two (?) years ago in a highschool auditorium in Ohio. It was lovely, but it did not make me feel like I want to see him solo again. I hope you all have a great time :)

New single sounds great. If you missed it, “Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart,” premiered on Apple Music yesterday. Cornell talked with Zane Lowe about the new single and album. I missed that stream/broadcast but Amazon has the single available for download as MP3: http://amzn.to/1HGpIvB and you can hear it on Spotify (or this EW article: http://www.ew.com/article/2015/08/12/chris-cornell-nearly-forgot-my-broken-heart)

    Nah.

But if Kim Thayil had a solo tour, I'd be all over that for a night of drop D dynamite.

Between Audioslave and his solo tours Cornell has cancelled 3 shows that I had tickets for so it's become a running joke with the wife and I. We have 2nd row tickets for his Mahaffey Theater date in St. Pete this October but I'm not getting my hopes up that it will actually happen.

He cancelled his show in Delaware last tour due to a wrist injury only to play perfectly fine a day or 2 later in AC.

He cancels all the time... Wilmington for bullshit reasons... Made In America to play for Obama.. and some shows a few years ago to go play for execs of a high end Jean company I believe, I remember that didn't go well with fans

Was supposed to go to wilmington last time which was canceled as mentioned, but I got lucky and scored a 1st row ticket for the borgata on stubhub for a good price... good show no doubt

no tix yet but I plan on attending one of the east coast shows

I forgot about the Made in America show that makes 4 cancellations for me.
Audioslave cancelled because they got a chance to play in Cuba so they cancelled
the Florida show, One of his solo cancellations was for a corporate show and the other was an illness or injury which was legit. So I would say 3 of the 4 cancellations were because something better came along which is a crappy way to treat the fans.

if you are talking about wilmington i have serious doubts that was a "legit" cancelation... i think he was just tired and didnt want to play wilmington and wanted to get to the borgata to rest and relax... nothing factual, be he was perfectly fine in atlanctic city for those 2 shows

One of the other reasons he cancelled MIA fest was that he was supposed to be play before Drake and didn't wanna do so, wanted to play before PJ. He also cancelled a Denver show to play at some designers new jeans unveiling

Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight
    Sammi: Wanna just break up?

Nope, because Chris Cornell's management team doesn't know where Eastern Canada is on the friggin' map. Cornell & Soundgarden has not once played a show here. Not once! He doesn't even have a show East of Toronto on his new tour. No Ottawa or Montreal.

Your entire management team SUCKS, Chris Cornell.
