Hey All, I purchased the Moline show from Ten Club, and ordered Flac. I already emailed ten club to no avail. Theres no download link! Am i missing something, has this happened to anyone else? Appreciate the help
I have the same problem, ordered 4 ALAC HD downloads. Didn't get any download links! My order shows as complete, but no links.

Did you get sorted? I'm totally put off buying CDs from nugs so downloads will have to be the way from now on, but they seem to be messing them up too now.
Go to the front page...Click the big Pearl Jam logo. Log In. at the top of the page next to where it says "Hey, insert your name here (current member)" Click My Account, then Order History. That's where they keep clickable links.
