Finally, seeing my favorite band, in DETROIT ROCK CITY, with 19,000 like minded freaks! This was my 15th PJ show. I'm still amazed at how much energy and good vibes this band brings to the stage every time! Maybe, my favorite PJ show…ever!

Finally having enough guts to do GA. Got close enough to stage (6 people back) to have an EV pick bounce of my shoulder (but the guy behind me got it). Waited in lots of lines but made the most of it by getting to know a lot of great people.

The thrill from GA when we figured out they are playing No Code in order. Also got to see a few white whale songs such as Rats and Infallible

The music! I got to hear so many of my favorites! Great respect! Brilliant talent! The improv, tags, audibles, and extended jams! Each set, each night - they're handled so delicate, so special - doesn't matter how many times they've played any song, every time it's just...just....just the highest quality! I can't get enough! \m/ I am still :D !
Oh please let it rain today.

No code, Yield, Imagine, Moline song, Baba with Rick Nielson, that crazy awesome tag id never heard on Black before, and so many more.
And spending the shows... pre, during, and post with some amazing people.
Rick, as always, was great to see ya on Friday. Dude in MKE merch line that hooked me up with a spare tube and free charlotesville poster, thanks again man! Monday night after the show was almost as much fun as the show itself... Robley, Kyle, J-Mo(if you see this pm me your paypal address!) You guys f'n rock! Was well worth only getting an hour of sleep in my car in the parking lot before work on tuesday!

Brought a friend to his 1st show (my 9th) in Milwaukee... I worked the forum and Facebook pages to get us into GA. We didn't try for the rail and we picked a spot about 7 people deep on McCready's side. With Mind Your Manners, Corduroy, and then Lightning Bolt and then Ed's comment prior to introducing Rick Nielsen that "tonight's show is gonna be a little different than you're used to seeing", and Baba so early in the set that we were in for a wild ride.

I went crazy when Brain of J was play (as it was on my list of whale songs) then Faithful, I was really enjoying the evening. It wasn't until No Way was played that I realized 'Yield' was being played in order... People around me were noticing it too and I also started getting messages from friends who knew I was in attendance and following along with the setlist. I loved the show overall. Brain of J, In Hiding, Push Me Pull Me, I Won't Back Down, Fuckin' Up, and Crazy Mary made my night, as they were all 1st time songs for me. Best show I've attended so far, and I plan on hitting a lot more of them as I can in the future.

But what made it even more special, was having the ability to share my love of Pearl Jam with a friend. He went into the show thinking it was his bucket list show, and he left wanting more.

    His response...
"All the "young kids" and my students often times use the word "epic" to describe things. I can NOT think of any word better than that to accurately describe last night. It will be something I will never forget. I have seen many shows in my short life and I can say, with clarity, that last nights show was the best concert I have ever been a part of. The environment. The crowd around us. The energy. The band. The setlist. EPIC."

My favorite moment was getting GA for Moline (my only show this tour) from another awesome fan and being about 5 rows back from the stage between Ed and Jeff. I was hoping to hear Release and Insignificance but No Code (specifically Sometimes) and Brain of J was more than enough for me. Not to mention all the new people I met... Great time

I went to ACL 1 and enjoyed Lukin, long road, faithful and imagine.

Then I hear about No Code being played from front to back, THEN Yield being played front to back…

Those two shows will be on peoples "Best of" lists for years!

I was at ACL 1 too. Blew my mind! I knew it was going to be a good show when they opened with Long Road. And that version of LBC was killer, I was so filled with joy for the rest of the show after it. It's making me rethink my whole "no festival shows" policy.

Meeting up with a lot of friends & meeting even more PJ fans was great.

Hearing my favorite album, No Code, in it's entirety and in order in that 1 magical show in Moline was definitely a great experience & ranks way up there for me.

(Merch, & merch lines, that's a whole other story! 8-} But let's keep this positive! )

Detroit was a phenomenal show too! \m/

Detroit was pretty sweet. It was pretty much everything I wanted for a birthday show! \m/

I only got to say hi briefly while making my way to the back of the GA line shortly before they let us in.

I saw you up on the rail but couldn't get your attention as I was about 4 back between Jeff & Ed. I did see your sign go up too! Great moment for you! I'm glad you had a blast at your birthday show!

Can't wait for the next tour &/or shows that I can get to. Hopefully I'll see you there.
So I don't even remember where I saw you, I was so loopy the entire time. Was it Detroit? LOL.

Having the OP as my ticket buddy. :D
Meeting many of my online friends in person, finally.
    The pre-pre-party, the pre-party, and the post-party.
Getting to eat some awesome BBQ.

    1. Of The Earth in Denver!!!!!!
    2. Hard to Imagine & Blood in Tulsa. Haven't seen it live in 15yrs. First time for HTI.
    3. Imagine in STL. Seeing that at my first of 3 shows was a chilling moment.

Still best moment was the onslaught of Ghost-P Tense-DTE-Eruption-Of The Earth-Given to Fly.

Oh suziemay! I love telling this story so I'm so glad you asked!! ;) There are so many awesome moments that I could list from my 2 shows (Tulsa and Lincoln). I will tell you the absolute best of them all (and maybe one of the best feelings I've ever had in my entire life). I had been hoping for binaural songs but privately felt that if I could have only 1 I REALLY wanted breakerfall. Lets just say I REALLY love that song! I find myself 3 deep in GA in Tulsa right to Ed's right. Waiting from 6:36 when we had our spots on the floor (after waiting all day) watching those guys climb the ladders to the lighting rig, watching that mysterious blonde middle aged lady checking mics and adjusting the height of the mic stands, watching the guitar techs tune the guitars, trying to guess what would be played first based on what guitars are out. anticipating, trying not to think about peeing. lights down. here they are. Pendulum...goosebumps, tears. Hard to imagine... REALLY? shit I love stone's guitar part and how Mike comes in to harmonize on top of it, ed's voice...more tears maybe. Small town... personal bc I grew up in a small town in the Midwest and got the heck out so it's very meaningful to me. then it hit AHHHHHH!!! THERE'S A GIRL ON THE LEDGE WHO'S GOT NOWHERE TO TURN!!! I experienced the most amazing euphoric HOLY FUCK moment of my entire life!! I turned to my brother who was standing right next to me and started involuntarily screaming FUCK! repeatedly and beating him on the arm! 8-} I completely reacted on emotions only with absolutely no restraint! It was an amazing feeling that I will never forget. My poor brother was a bit sore the next day! Even remembering it now brings back a very real physical sensation of excitement and happiness!

Thank you PJ for BREAKING MY FALL in Tulsa!
