    Hmm. I have heard him forget lyrics tons of times. I'm actually surprised when he doesn't forget lines to at least one song in a show, lol. I love eddie fuck ups though. They're part of his charm. ;)

    I think that's a bit of an exaggeration. Eddie screws up all the time. It comes with the territory when you mix up your setlist as much as Pearl Jam does. That being said, I'm pretty sure he remembers the lines to all of their setlist staples including Betterman.

    Even though he does seem to forget lyrics now and then (Wishlist, especially!), I really do think he remembers the lyrics to Betterman. I have to agree with PJSoul though. I do enjoy when he forgets lyrics, as I find it part of his charm! ;;)

    Enough of the time that it hardly matters. I know some artists get incredibly freaked out about forgetting lyrics on stage but Ed laughs it off, so we do too. (Apparently Barbra Streisand forgot the lyrics to one of her songs in 1967 and then didn't perform live for 27 years!)

    Yes he knows the lyrics..but if he gets a memory blank of where he's at it's ok we all have that and it's kinda cute to see such a high profile make little mistakes, he knows whats going on and doesn't have to worry..Just wants to go home probably and if it doesn't look promising he messes around....its natural thats what im like when i miss something good, might not even be that good
