    I didn't get one, but I do see it in my order history.
    I'm not concerned.

    Although, now that I check it doesn't say the normal thing of (Warehouse) it says (released) I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. What does yours say?

    I was told by 10c that some international orderds where there are no zip/postal codes, the address has to be verified before the order is confirmed so thats why there is a delay.

    Got one right after I ordered. I imagine that as long as it's in your order history, you're good to go!
