My kids, friends, flowers, listening to good music, seeing a great movie, shopping, doing good things for other people, animals, biking or doing some other sport, being on AET etc etc

What makes you happy then?

    Sitting in the warm spot made by the sun coming through the window in winter, the smell of spring, all the humming birds in my yard, biking outside, my herd of wee monsters(nieces & nephews), dancing in the rain, playing in the dirt, this forum, music, driving with the windows down, my Habs.
    Anything you lose from being honest
    You never really had to begin with.


    Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

    That transition from nothing as it seems to thin air did it for me today. Genius.

    Regularly.... Happy, uncomplaining kids, Reese's pb cups, breezy days on the beach, letting the waves take me up and down, my bike, alone time, pulling weeds, flowers on the table, making plans, my backpack and headphones and an airline ticket....

    My wife, my job, supper time, bed time, Charlie- the squirrel from 2 yards over, payday Fridays, coffee and Bailey's, beer and clamato juice, HDTV, fall, football season, peanut butter, cool summer evenings, mild winter days, pearl jam, the pit, Seinfeld, The Tonight Show, seniors, trips to Vegas, sleeping in, green lights, blue skies, animals, boobies.

    Music, my boyfriend, my best friends, concerts, cats, New York City, chocolate + peanut butter, the beach, naps, traveling, laughing, ice cream, thinking back on good memories, long car rides on nice days.....and the fact I'm graduating college in 6 days :)

    friends, and getting to see the ones that I don't get to see very often, getting/giving hugs, seeing live shows, my new place, bubble tea, cupcakes, walking around at street fairs, my pets, listening to the birds in the morning, hearing the ferry horn on foggy mornings, watching my roses grow, getting packages on my doorstep from "Santos L Halper"...
    The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
