How awesome was it when you first realized Mikey was dragging a bow (Jimmy page style) across his guitar to make that sound in Pendulum !!???

    I loved that song as an opener! It was awesome seeing Mike bow that big white Gretsch, and then Eddie's deep voice coming out of the darkness. Gave me chills!

    i was pumped when i saw the bow! Then when he put the gretsch down a guy behind me said "yeah good, get rid of that thing" and i thought WTF? IS THIS GUY THINKING??

    I think it's completely awesome that Mike is using that bow. I'd like to see more of it, from Mike and other guitarists. Jimmy Page used it in an amazing way and it may be intimidating for other guitarists to do their take on using their guitar that way but I wish they'd try. It's intriguing to think about the different interpretations of a song that we could get.     Mikey did play some Zep riffs in Chalottesville VA at the John Paul Jones Arena.
