I'd really like the next vault to be a later show so that we get a show on vinyl that has every album before Backspacer covered. All my very favorite albums are from No Code on. :) .... Not that I wouldn't like whatever they offer. Vault #3 was such a sweet package - really looking forward to seeing what they offer next!

I would love the Atlanta '93 show cause I listened to it so much on those Dissident singles when I was a kid.

Would anyone here be excited about something vinyl from the mirrorball tour? I know minus Ed wouldn't be ideal, but it would almost be worth it for a crazy version of Cortez the killer with Mike and Neil going crazy.

    Shit yeah I'd buy that!

Something from the '96 or '95 has to be the one getting some love on the next Vault release. They've already got something from 1992 (Vault #1), 2007 (Vault #2), and 1998 (Vault #3). So it would only make sense a show from 1995 or 1996 gets some love next, and is the highest in demand right now as well.

Me personally? I would love to see Randall's Island 1996 or Red Rocks 1995 released.

Maybe they release Red Rocks 1995 as the next Vault as a teaser for the announcement to play two nights there later this year along with the other 2014 US dates? :-bd

I love the 95-96 period.. maybe my favorite.. but actually, many 95 and 96 shows are available in good audience quality.. not sayin' a proper SBD release wouldn't be good..
But how about TRUE vault concerts:

06/16/93 – University Theatre: University of Montana: Missoula, MT [105m]
    attendance: 1,300
    support act: Orgone Box
set: Animal, Go, Whipping, Even Flow, Dissident, Once, ? (Brother?), Glorified G, Why Go, Jeremy, Elderly Woman, Alive, Black, Blood, Oceans, Deep, Leash, Rats, (Dirty Frank), Porch, Fuckin’ Up, Baba O’Riley, Garden, Indifference
discrepancy: Go, Animal, Whipping, Even Flow, Dissident, Once, ? (Brother?), Glorified G, Why Go, Jeremy, Elderly Woman, Alive, Blood, Oceans, Deep, Rats, Porch, Fuckin’ Up, Rockin’ in the Free World, Black, Sonic Reducer, Indifference
notes: ‘Elderly Woman,’ ‘Fuckin’ Up’ and ‘Indifference’ are premiered. The NBA finals were televised this night. Being basketball fanatics, PJ keeps the crowd waiting for nearly an hour and a half. Jeff’s parents video taped the show from the audience. (The photos for the Rolling Stone cover story in fall of ’93 were shot at this show.)

06/17/93 – The Met: Spokane, WA
    support act: Lazy Susan
notes: After ‘Jeremy,’ Ed jokes with the crowd, “… Jeremy Spokane … hee hee … get it?” At one point a fan is literally tossed from the crowd, over security, and onto the stage. The young girl spends the next few moments of her life with Ed’s arm around her as he tells her to be careful. Then he releases her to jump over security back into the crowd. Interesting written setlist on the back of a handbill (artwork signed by Kozik but reportedly a forgery) includes “Whippen,” “Dissodent” and Brother!

09/02/93 – Viper Room: Los Angeles, CA
    support act: Darling Buds
set: State of Love and Trust, Once, Even Flow, Sonic Reducer, Animal, Rearviewmirror (setlist may be incomplete/out of order)
notes: PJ plays Jonny Depp’s club after the MTV awards show. Apparently roadie-less, Mike asks, “Is there a pick in the house?” and Stone tunes and retunes his own guitar. At some point during the performance, Michael Stipe and Bill Berry from R.E.M. join them onstage.
From RAW US: “The set was loose and tremendous fun, but it would have to be a heck of a lot more enjoyable minus the posse of glamorous Hollywood-ites who were way too cool to show emotion during a set thrashed out by one of the hardest working bands in America.Hardworking and pros, too.How else could McCready have been able to drink his beer while playing ‘Even Flow’ without missing a beat? My only wish is that Pearl Jam had been goofier, thrown caution to the wind and followed through with ‘Detroit Rock City’ when messing around while Stone tried to tune his guitar.” [Lisa Johnson]

Nothing from these shows ever surfaced, audio or video, even in crappy quality.. would love to hear them, one day, especially missoula and the viper..

It's great, don't get me wrong.. but the audience that circulates is really good, and a fan made dvd exists too.. I'd like the vault to really be something no one has ever heard.. but what do I know? I'm a completist live PJ collector, so the more shows surface, the better..

True that it exists, but the audience boot doesn't sound very good at all IMO. I would like it on vinyl! ... But as I said, I'm not actually picky about it. I will be stoked for any show they choose, as long as they stick with putting it on vinyl.

I'd like something from 2000 or 2003 to see a vinyl release.

Something from the No Code era would be next on my list.

I'd also love to see the VFC tour put out in any form.
