If you feel you could help 10 club out by writing an explination/appology message for the lack of communication around the 2013 bootleg program hold up. you could post it below.

In reply to the frequent emails asking about an explanation as to why the bootleg program has been put on hold we post a message on this forum rather than answering the two hunderd and fitty plus emails one by one.
The bootleg program has been put on hold because of the many issues concerning the quality of the product. Although we are satisfied by the overal sound quality and production of the songs. There have been some issues where noises could be heard on the background of the songs. Further more there has been numours complaints about the manufacturing of the products. For downloads of the bootlegs there have been situations where the files didn’t work as they were supposed to. And an even more frequent complaind was the slow shipping of the items. Although this has in part been explained due to the fact that Nugs was closed for the holidays. However they could have well been up to speed if we as Ten club haddened ordered them to stop the shipments until all the issue were addressed. Good as our intend might have been, our failor to communicate all this at an earlier stage is simply explained. It wasn’t until yesterday that we got a training in costumer service. We now see the importance of open cummunication. Until yesterday we were affraid of the reaction that might cause. We didn’t realize that if you people were kept in the loop you had the ability to understand the situation and our intentions. We haddened anticipated the way our lack of communication made us look. Because it is now clear to us that we come across as rather arrogant and uninterested we wish to make amends. Not only to you as costumers, but also to the band. Our behaviour over the past view years have been somewhat outstanding and has reflected poorly on the Pearl jam itself. We were in a state where we believed you all foolish dopes that you were keep coming back. It is only now that we undertsand that your coming back had nothing to do with your intelligence, but with your loyalty to the band. For some weird reason that we can’t explain even now, we over the years had started to believe that it was all about us.
Now that we have had a costumers service training we understand the error of our ways, and with our new found humility we offer you our sincere appologies.
In our next message which will be posted later in the day, we’ll explain further how we will resolve all the issues concerning the quality of the products and the long waiting time which have seemed to grow into the standard.
From now on we’ll be at your service in our humble role inside the master plan.

Hope you enjoyed the shows. Relax, the bootlegs will be out when they're out. We are quite sure your time would be better spent not emailing us everyday. Perhaps you could take that time and harrass the flippers on Ebay. Hell, you might even get a reaction from them.

No matter we disagree on all but the E-bay flippers.

Do you really feel that those peopel that wrote the 10 club harrass them? I feel they do have a good point.
I just glade I didn't buy from this site this time, although I am still waiting on what is decided.

Ah advocate of the devil. Didn't pick up on you being a victim as well.
I ordered three CD's at Nugs, there being held up due to Charlotte's ville.
So I am in the same ship, only the people at Nugs do reply to my emails.

Sorry I just don't see the point of typing made up letters from the Ten Club. Often we don't get OFFICIAL responses from them. And ebay flippers only exist because of fans who have too much money to blow. Flippas gonna flip.

Well that's alright you don't need to make up a letter, but you do see the point in reacting the way you did?
It's true that they often don't responed to what's going on. That was the reason why I had the idea of writing the message, after reading so many ideas that people had about why the boots are being held up.
That what you said about flippers could also be turned around. People wouldn't feel the need to pay more if they didn't create scarcity. Create your own dawn product and don't make money of off someone else's work. But that's just how I feel. If I ever meet someone that deals in concert tickets I hope I spill some red wine on them, a bottle or so. But hey perhaps I'll behave.

I was. And I'm an asshat too. I had 100's of Maxell XL-II's of PJ shows under my bed in this plastic storage container thingy in my dorm room in college. One night after going berserker out in Providence somewhere I got home and proceeded to barf pink slime all over the god damn things, much to the excitement and glee of my roommates. To this day when I go back to the house I grew up in where my parents still live and have never thrown them out, I like to look at the setlists and the shows and reminisce... And yes, I can see minute traces of the wretched pink slime. CSI would love the shit, it's an investigator's dream.
