Lightning Bolt: Free download with CD

I bought the CD for the new album, and can successfully download--but then can't seem to get it to upload to my player of choice (Amazon Cloud Player). I realize this is a pretty specific question, but was hoping someone would have some insight for me. I need to be able to listen on the go!

    I can't even download...I pre-ordered the vinyl day one.... still waiting for that so tried to download the album from 10c store, and it keeps freezing. Anything else I download is fine. I just went and bought the CD from a local music store, I am not too thrilled with this release over all now. I like the CD music-wise but feel the whole shindig was put together horridly.

    Did you download mp3 version?

    It will not let me download either, any format! Chrome says not able and Safari doesn't do anything? I'm on a IPad if it matters??
