whats the difference between a 'real' offer and a 'fake' offer? I'm assuming... but may be wrong... that a 'real' offer in accordance would be an offer close to what you are looking for. So if that's the case.. why not just suggest the price you want for it as opposed to risking being given an offer that's not 'real'?
For example, I'm not familiar with what the market price is for LO2L unopened. Therefore, If I offered a price... it could very well be an offer that's not "real".
Which would cause you the seller to reject the offer. At which point, upon rejection I would inquire as to what a reasonable offer would be. At which point, you were either stop doing business with me, or you would suggest the price you were looking for... the "real" offer.
Which to me seems like a waste of time... if in the end you were going to divulge your asking price to being with.
Unless... you're hoping for an offer that's above the market value of the item.. which seems unfair.
