Secret "GUARANTEED" version.

Go to guaranteed, track 11 and forward to 4:40, 2 minutes after the song finishes another version of the song with Eddie just humming!
He who forgets, will be destined to remember.

I wish I was the verb "to trust"
and never let you down.

The version of "The Wolf" is different too - it starts with eds chanting instead of the organ. Much more startling than the album version, theres silence and he suddenly belts out that "ahhhhaaaaaahhhhhhaaaaaa...."

When i saw the film i may have imagined it but was there an eddie song on the credits that isnt on the album?

the november 1 edition of the Hollywood Reporter came with a CD of the entire score for Into the Wild, plus the film versions of the songs you and I linked to. i couldn't find any place local that sells the Hollywood Reporter...but you can buy back issues on their site...which i haven't done.

If anybody does happen to get those versions, please, please direct them to us! I would love to have a copy of those different versions of the songs. They are so amazing. Rise definitely sounds better with this slight change :)

I wouldn't imagine anybody out there has them right now????

mailbox@hollywoodreporter.com is the one to use. Hope it goes through. :)

    #16.

but out of 30-something, he was close enough!

"Violence at home" is the name of it on the score. such a brilliant track. cant stop going back to it. 10 times better than the soundtrack "Wolf"
