HELP WITH PURCHASE!

DO I JUST GO TO GOODS AND THEN TICKETS? NOTHING SHOWING THERE. WILL IT POP UP RIGHT AT TEN AM?

    Yes, keep refreshing the page until it shows up right around 10:00.
