Argue if you must about the music, but Riot Act is my favorite album production wise! I freakin' love it's sound!

Anyone else agree?

Remind me who produced it?

EDIT: Brenden O'Brien MIXED Riot Act!!!

Adam Casper Produced it, and Avocado.. think they lost out on O'Brien mixing Avocado though..

I like the sound and feel but I thought Riot Act was one of there albums that suffers from the Loudness Wars. Same for S/T.

I think the organ sound was a significant contributor with the overall "togetherness?" of at least some of Riot Act's songs. I found that "togetherness" feel most evident on the MSG DVD.

I didn't notice that issue with Riot Act, but s/t is SO bad it's unlistenable from that standpoint.

yea I actually think s/t sounds good.. thinking about come back in particular. matts drums sounds huge on the whole record. I know if I listen to it on my iPod it sounds rough... but otherwise, the thinkg i would complain about is some of the mixing, especially on WWS.
