Got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Prague print is safe and sound. The bad news is that, despite being expertly packaged, the glass sustained a critical crack. Luckily it remained in place and didn’t make any contact with the poster. I don’t want to put the burden on you but is it possible to submit a claim to UPS for a partial refund? UPS did the packaging right? If it’s not possible, I can live with it but I thought it might be worth a try if you could. A new piece of museum glass will probably run $75-100.
