Hoping someone could help me regarding the ticket policy. I joined last year on 1/22/15 and my account is set to auto-renew the same date. I saw this in the eligibility section of the Ten Club:
Members active as of Monday, January 18th are eligible for this ticket drawing and the stadium shows pre-sale drawing in February. New memberships and membership renewals purchased after that date are not considered eligible for either ticket drawing pre-sale.Members who were active on Monday, January 18th but whose membership lapses before the next drawing in February, will not be eligible for that drawing.
Unfortunately the shows I plan on going to are at Wrigley Field and they're using a pre-sale email (different from the lottery) being sent out in February. If my account is set to auto-renew does that mean I'm still in the clear? Can't imagine that I'd be disqualified over something I don't have control over.
Has anyone experienced this?
