Frans passed away last April 2023, he was a mad dedicated Dutch PJ fan. Cancer got him at 62, it would be awesome if we could get a shout out for him and RVM dedicated in Chicago, a place he wanted to visit. What's the best way of making this happen ?

Iam trying to see if I can get a dedication For Frans Von Franquemont at Chicago, does anyone know the best way to go about it ? If was his favourite song, and played at his favourite bar after his funeral last April.
