Alice In Chains - The Untold Story (book)
for anyone interested in music biographies, I haven't finished this one yet, but it's very, very good. Incredibly well researched, referenced, fact-checked, etc. Loads of stuff I didn't know. Read it. Light years better than Angry Chair, which was just a very self-serving "I want to write a book" book.
April 5th - The Day The Music Died
1994. The estimated date that Kurt Cobain died. 2002. The estimated date that Layne Staley died. It is really too bad that Layne gets overlooked because who he shares this day with. I didn't know this until today, but Mike McCready shares his birthday with the deaths of both.
