Home Shows dvd's?
Has anyone heard of a live dvd for any of the home shows? Its hard to imagine* they wouldnt release all or at least the seattle shows as a live dvd set.

2013 Fan DVDs?
Is there somewhere I can find full concert fan made dvds from the 2013 tour with soundboard audio? I am specifically looking for the Pittsburgh show. Perhaps it doesn't exist, and I know a lot of the west coasts shows audio was just released, but thought I would ask. Thanks.
