ed's messup on betterman msg 2

he messes up and starts the song with "talkin....." and then stops playing

on the bootleg, if you listen to the crowd singing it sounds like this after he stops playing.... "to herself there's no one else it's got to stop"

how awesome is it that half the crowd sang along with the mess up and the other half were singing the song from the beginning. i love pearl jam fans

    I went with it. There was a quick look of "I cant believe I fucked THIS song up" pretty funny.

    I don't remember which one, but one of the shows I was at he sang "talkin'... watchin' the clock...". He must mess that up often.

    I love to just listen to the crowd sing along to that...it was hysterical how confused 1/2 the crowd looked...then how confused EV looked...I LOLed.

    Yuppers! Twas very funny... he seems to make that mistake with Betterman quite often, lol. I too kept singing with the mess up cause that's what Ed was going with at the time, lol ;)

    It's probably because everyone started singing the first verse before Ed even said a word, so in his mind the first thing he thought of was the next lyric everyone was about to sing. I heard so many people start singing right when the song started it fucked Ed and a lot of people up.
