Ohhhhh what a beautiful buzz... what a beautiful buzz
What a great album! "Rocks Off" has got to be one of the best songs to ever start a record.

There's a constant ringing in my ears
Sense of humor's void and numb
And I'm bored to tears.......0 -

and "Rip This Joint" is one of the great second songs of all time. That album is a disjointed, messy, beautiful masterpiece.

The best way to convert the non-believers is to get them drunk and play them that song. It doesn't get much better than that...puts all other barroom music to shame.0 -

Hey Cob, if u dont like what someone else is posting, dont reply to it. This is a form to discuss music. If someone wants to talk about a album 30 years old so be it. BTW exile on main kicks butt.0

I didn't expect for people to act like they are 12 years old on here, but I guess I should be used to that. It just seems like this board is FULL of post like this, you no the ones,
"Man I was just listening to No Code, that's a great album."
REALLY, No Code is a great album!!!
Or, "I was listening to Electric Ladyland last night, man what a great album.
And I don't need to be told that Exile is a kick butt album, I have 3 copies on vinyl, the CD and used to have it on 8-track and cassette.
Actually most of these kinds of post I can actually tolerate so sorry if I offended anyone, I suppose there are way worse ones, like Dokken is a better band than PJ and Does Chris Cornell suck now or the ones that ask if you should wear a concert shirt of the band that you are seeing in concert that night. Those are all way more silly...FWIW Torn and Frayed and Ventilator Blues are my favorites from Exile although it ranks a close second to Sticky Fingers for me.......[img][/img]9/5/92, 11/20/93, 3/14,15/94, 9/16/95, 10/14,15/2000

Sorry Gramps. It wasn't my intention to upset the know-it-all elitists of the board. Please accept my apology. I feel horrible for having made this intolerable thread, which told you something that you obviously already knew.Whoa, chill bro... you know you can't raise your voice like that when the lion's here.0
