Billy Corgan song... please help...

OK, I aM trying to think of a song, I think it was around 1998 that it came out, it was Billy Corgan, maybe with the pumpkins, maybe not... But it was kinda Techno sounding, like Corgan singing over a NIN beat....

I think it was called "Just", or "ONE"

if you know where to find it, or just the name/artist please let me know!

    It is probably "Eye" but a slight chance it could be "The End Is The Beginning Is The End" which also has a techno feel to it. I think it is probably "Eye" though.
