its wierd that there's even two mason jennings mentions.

I've been a huge fan since 2001 and havent seen his named dropped on this bored ever.

do you guys really like him or are you just enjoying him because Isaac Brock likes him?

    as far as albums go:
    built to spill
    ladyhawk
    sonic youth
    mason jennings (obviously)
    walkmen (both releases)
    the shins
    radiohead
    feathers
    fiery furnaces
islands (unless you've been to the live show then you already have it)
    tool
    frank black
    arcade fire
    modest mouse
    spiritualized
    six organs of admittance

I've been getting into Mason Jennings for a couple of years now. I just recently saw him live for the first time and he is a great performer too. I can't wait for the new album.

let us not forget that next tuesday the new eagles of death metal is released, as well as jeff martins solo debut.

I'm interested in Martin's solo record as well.

    PJ
    Ministry
    Tool
    RHCP
Massive Attack released a greatest hits a few days ago but I don't like greatest hits records.
Jucifer has had a record recorded for months...close to a year I'd say...but their label has 'distribution problems'.
Melvins have a live record coming out but I don't like live recordings usually.
I wonder when the Isis and Melvins record is coming out?
    Built to Spill...maybe.

Have you heard the demos. Dare I say it, but they seem quite a bit better and tons fresher than Velvet Revolver. People are gonna be surprised how good the album actually is. Hopefully it gets released.

Oh, and maybe somebody should tell the thread starter that you have to mention tool with PJ.

I agree, the demos have the potential to be great. Hopefully the album gets released.
