Anyone going?
The festival will officially take place July 12 & 13 at the 640-acre Marymoor Park in Redmond, with performances going both day and night
Bands performing will cover the history of the label’s roster, including two reunion performances. One will be the much-ballyhooed return of Green River.
The second, according to this recent news story from the Denver Post, will be the Fluid, Sub Pop’s first non-local signing from way back in 1985.
There will likely be a Sub Pop comedy night at a yet-to-be-named venue separate from the music festivities.
There could possibly also be some shows at clubs around Seattle leading up to the festivities, though details on this were very vague.

I think it would be cool to see Green River in Action. I wonder what other acts will show up? Could be a fun week in seattle if those other acts played around in other seattle venues during the week.

Nice! I think Marymoore is a pretty cool place to see a show, lots of parking, lots of space, etc. And Green River, excellent! Now I'm going to have to clear my calendar...Check out my Sudsy Chick Etsy Store for all natural homemade bath products!0

Nice, Marymoor would be an awesome place for a big festival. Who's the asshole who doesn't want to go to the eastside? ha ha. I was always a big fan of Seaweed from Tacoma. I'm up there for sure!"Smokey, this is not Nam, this is bowling. There are rules. If you mark that frame an 8 you are entering a world of pain."0

Sounds like you need to get out more. Poor guy has to travel 20 minutes to see a Green River show. WTF?"I'll use the magic word - let's just shut the fuck up, please." EV, 04/13/080 -
