  • maybe it's because they don't have enough vinyl and tickets to go around. So, they figure if they don't email everybody they won't have to worry about it.

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12

I get most e-mails, I think. Some I know I don't get. However, working in IT myself, i know that e-mail transmissions are FAR from perfect and far from 100% guaranteed. There are many things that can stop the transmissions from getting to where they were supposed to go. Sometimes, e-mails show up days or weeks after they were sent. E-mail passes through many different web servers before it finally reaches the recipient. Anyone one of those portals it travels through can potentially kill or delay the delivery of an e-mail. For as many people as the 10C mass mails - it is not surprising that on each e-mail, there is always someone who fails to get it.

Also, the 10C doesn't use distributions lists as you think in Outlook- they use a mass mailer service to send out that stuff in increments. X amount go out every hour or so (or something like that). They cannot send all (hundred's of thousands of members) at the same time. It just doesn't work that way.
