    Electro-Shock Blues is one of my all time favorite albums.
    Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

    Yeah, Eels are great, in particular the first 3 albums. Great live band too.

    There is a band called the Eels and Eels, correct? At least, that's what I've been told. If we're talking about Eels... fucking band owns. Live they are hilarious and just all-out amazing. My favorite record has to be Souljacker... Fresh Feeling into Woman Driving, Man Sleeping... amazing.

    I really dig the Eels. E is just a great, eccentric songwriter. The only album I really don't care for is Shootenanny and the "strings" live album. Electro-shock Blues is a great album. Depressing as hell, but still wonderful. Daises is pretty good, but not great. The 1st is really good. I have to say after Electro-Shock, Souljacker is my next favorite. If you can get it, buy Electro-shock Blues Show (a live album) which is stellar. The only chance I have had to see them live was when they played 2nd stage at Lolla '97 (either right before or after Perry Ferrel/Porno for Pyros did a short impromptu set).

    Eels are really class,can't really listen to Daisies anymore,always reminds me of splitting up with a ex. But other than that they really are amazing,lyric wise and music wise.

    Eels, yes great band ive seen them play a few times, great live band, wonder when they are doing a tour again. Would love to see them again!
