He really should have some food on set. Have you seen the man lately? He could use a cheeseburger or two.0

Listen to this at the 5 min mark.

It's better than anything so far (after first listen) maybe there's hope yet!0 -
I BrisK I wrote:it all sounds dire except long gone, thats a little bit okay, i mean a weeny bit.. but the "music" is just so off putting.
Off-ensive is more like it.'Far away today, mama ocean hold me to you~ c'mon rock me on your waves and tell me, is it all true?'

Nice find - and yeah, it's infinitely better than anything else we've heard - it's nice to hear his voice without all the stupid effects.0 -

This is amazing! There's still hope!
Can anyone rip this?“Life is life everywhere. Life is in ourselves and not outside us. There will be men beside me, and the important thing is to be a man among men and to remain a man always, whatever the misfortunes, not to despair and not to fall - that is the aim of life, that is its purpose.”

Any guess on how his shows with Timbaland are gonna work? Chris and his band with Timbaland just gangsta waving and yelling "Go Chris" or "you my boy" during the songs? Will he open for Timbaland? Does Timbaland rap or does he have a full song? Could "Scream" be an opener for the real show? Too many questions for me to spend 32$ on a ticket which is 20$ less than the July HOB show that barely sold half.
I really feel sorry for the band, those guys are good. It must suck to have to play that shit , for a paycheck. Do you guys think Chris may have wanted to go hip-hop so he wouldn't need a band in the future. I would assume that if "Run Through the Desert" starts touring and having any success , they would dump Chris immediately. You know they aren't getting rich with Cornell's money grubbing management. 1000-2000 people @ 32$/ticket is not a big take to split between CORNELL/Timbaland and "the little people". Im guessing Chris thinks when "this blows up" he can tour arenas by himself , no band and grab all the cash for himself.0 -

The article says he'll only play Scream on these shows, no older songs.“Life is life everywhere. Life is in ourselves and not outside us. this is freakin great find, well done followmyway.
what is it? a song rejected off scream for being good?
it reminds me a bit of four walled world.0 -
Damn. That is 1,000,000,000,000 times better than anything I've heard off Scream. But it begs a freakin' ginormous question in my mind. Why oh why release an album like Scream when you can do this? Why?Idaho's Premier Outdoor Writer

Wow, that song is frickin' cool. Very Wild Westy. The outro to Scream sounded promising too. Perhaps there will a couple of diamonds in the rough.0

This song is so good. I now almost remember why I was a CC fan in the 1st place. If he did an album full of songs like this I would be very happy.“Life is life everywhere. Life is in ourselves and not outside us. There will be men beside me, and the important thing is to be a man among men and to remain a man always, whatever the misfortunes, not to despair and not to fall - that is the aim of life, that is its purpose.”

I think it's probably a 'secret' song at the end of the album since it's been noted that all songs blend in together. Plus the film reel sound at the end of 'Watch Out' suggests that's the last track on the album.
He should definatley do an album in that ilk tho, fuck me that was a good song. Need a good quailty MP3 of that for my Ipod.Dublin 2006
