    On the contrary, if you play a song that was a new single on their most recent CD, it might seem too poppy. It would be like playing "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Green Day whereas you could play an old classic like "Welcome to Paradise". "Life Wasted" is probably a better-known song nowadays. I get tired of hearing cover bands at the bar I work at play nothing but Better Man and Alive (although i'm curious to see the solo by every guitarist) and no other PJ. Just once I'd love to see a DTE or Given To Fly... something less popular but still well known enough for a bar crowd to get into.

    I'm moreso in favor of porch, but I wouldn't object to hearing some Marker In the Sand or Down either.

    And I don't think anyone who'd know Life Wasted would think it was 'poppy'. If it had gotten radio play (not satellite, normal shitty radio) or something maybe..

    Good point about the radio. I might be biased because I'm spoiled by Philly's 93.3 WMMR and get to hear a lot of PJ. Matt Cord's 10 Club every night at 10

    You are spoiled and I'd be pissed about the few good radio stations in the world that you lucky few get to listen to, but I have an 80 gig Ipod so what do I care? :D
