What is that ear phone that i see a lot of musicians wearing, while they are playing?

            Its an "in-ear monitor"
rather than having a floor wedge infront of them, they get teh sound directly into their ears. You need a good technician to operate it to it full potential, but it seem sliek once peopel get the hang of it they love it. It makes the stage "quieter" so less signal bleeding occours. Also sometimes, its teh artist wearing earplugs because of the high stage noise. But in most cases its in-ear monitoring.2005.09.04
