I was listening to the radio and heard Puddle of Mudd play their new song. The music sounds exactly like Out of My Mind by Pearl Jam. Anyone agree?

    after taping that Atlanta concert live over the radio, then buying the Dissident singles for better sound quality, then getting the Not For You single and doing the "HOLY SHIT" i forgot about that improv...in my opinion, this was so simple yet so catchy. Brilliant, if this was truly an improv(or maybe somewhat pre-planned).

    haven't heard the puddle of mudd deal, didn't know they still existed. i won't be a hater of other bands, even if i don't like them...but I will check out the song to reference.

    I think Out Of My Mind was ripped off from Gimme Shelter.

    Regardless, the lead singer from Puddle Of Mudd has been trying waaay to hard to sound like Kurt Cobain for years now. It's old.

    And.....they suck.

    Edit: Just listened to the song in question on their myspace page. It actually sounds like they ripped off themselves.
    Listen to the riff from Psycho then listen to She Hates Me. You'll giggle...

    ill take the heat for this, is saw puddle of mudd live this year. (they were a christmas present from my gf's dad. he meant well, so we went)

    the cobain vibe comin from him on that stage was crazy. he really sounded, but more so looked like him up there.

    in all honesty, i had a good time and they didnt suck. too much anyway. :)
