Electrical help please?

Okay, I realize that I'm an idiot. When deciding to refinish some Squier Strat that I picked up at a yardsale for $40, I removed the electronics hoping I could use the factory wiring diagrams to put it back together. When I checked out the electronics today (to make sure I still can put it together) I realized the wiring seems to be very different than what was on the Squier website (ooops!). What I should've done is taken a picture before removing the electronics to know what goes where (hence the idiot part).

Using logic, I've identified each pot, and what connects to what on the switch, but I have no idea which pickup is which. One has a single blue wire coming from it, one has a yellow wire, and the other a red wire.

It's a little mangled at the moment, too.

I made a diagram and took a few photos (that aren't very helpful). But I was wondering if someone could help me out here.
