bubbles on guitar

i have been seeing some very small(yet annoying) bubbles on my guitar. can someone tell me how to get rid of them, or how to prevent them. or if they come from too much humidity or not enough
they call them fingers, but i never see them fing. oh, there they go

    Some pics may be helpful. Did the guitars always have them?

    sounds like some kind of instrument STD. Have they been sleeping around with other guitars of a questionable nature? I would sit them down and have a talk with them about the dangers of one night stands, then rub them down with some antibiatics.
