Anybody know where the "Given to Fly" statue is located?

It's one of my favorite images ever, and I'd really love to know where the statue is located (if anyone knows).

Also, what do you all think of using the image as a tattoo design? I'm seriously considering it...

I think its in Rome or just outside it.

There was a big write up on two feet thick with photos.

That's annoying. I walked past it less than a month ago, but it was dark. Maybe I would have noticed it in the daylight.

You really can't miss it - If you are walking down the main road from the VE2 monument to the Colosseum, you will walk right past it.
