Marshall AVT150 Head

i was gonna get this combo amp but now its not available, i was wondering if the tones i would get out of the avt50/100 are pretty much exactly the same as the 150? Does the difference in wattage mean the tones are not as good as the 150? also, would the 50/100 sound better at higher volumes than a 150 did at a lower volume? thanks for your help :).

    heads need a load on them (ie a speaker) or else you'll let the smoke out of it.
