    you don't need new tubes at all, how old is your amp? 3 months? Deffinantly doesn't...I'm changing mine within the next week and it's been a little over a year

    Bud I pull the tubes out on a new amp as soon as I get home. Always need to get the good stuff in.

    Yeah I'm never big on anything trying to be "Multiple things", when comparing to the real deal they just don't hang. But what matter's is what you want in the end of it all. Shoot I play a Peavey still, over my other's

    I'm almost a little hesitant on telling some one to go to a different tube on a amp like that. I'd think fender moreless designed the tones off the tubes the put in it. I heard back in the cyber twin day (which only had a pre amp tube) that when you went to a different brand the tone wasnt the same any more.
