Manufacture date for Cabinet?

I was recently given a Peavey 2x15 Bass Cabinet. It looks pretty old. There is no date on it. I have the serial number. Do you know where I could find its date of manufacturing? The Peavey website doesn't really help me.

    there might be date codes on the speakers but i don't know much about that kind of thing.

    I'm not sure if I'll be able to access the speakers to look for a code.

    E-mail peavy or call their customer service line.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    I think it's probably a Black Widow cab.

    Most likely 80's vintage.

    They also made a dual 18 version that was a beast during the same time period.
