Bass amp opinions?

I just ordered my 1st bass amp... it's a Behringer 120W (in the description it says it's BX1200 bass combo). I have played it a little in a bass shop, but I wanted to see if anyone else had one and their thoughts on this amp. I'm so excited... I can't wait to get it!!!

    It should be cool. It's all about personal preference.

    The optimising circuitry should help the overall tone but I think you are selling yourself short. This amp is not really large enough to gig with.

    Save up and get a seperate amp and maybe a 4x10 or 8x10 cab.

    The bass and drums drive the band, it would be a pity for the bass to be stuck underneath a really loud drummer or guitar player.

    But over all it looks like a pretty good deal to me.


    Also with a balanced DI out if you are playing a place with a decent PA and some Subs, just plug it in to the board and let it rock.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.
