I normally just use a good wood cleaner to clean up my Acoustic but I don't really have any right now. I was wondering if anyone has some suggestins on how to clean up the ol git fiddle. Let me know. Thanks.

A light solution of soap (like a dish soap) and water will work nicely to clean the body of the guitar and any hardware. Even something like a windex or ammonia solution. The key is to find something that will dry without leaving a residue, and something that will cut through skin oil and sweat without eating away the finish.
The tricky part is the fretboard. A wood cleaner will certainly do the cleaning part, but you'd want some sort of oil to condition the wood. There are a lot of different types out there, and I'm sure we all have our preferences. I still prefer to use lemon oil to clean and condition rosewood or ebony fretboards.
An old or cheap toothbrush is a handy tool for cleaning fretboards, just by-the-by....and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.0 -
Comet and the good ol' steel wool..0

I prefer lacquer thinner and wet-dry sandpaper
