harmonica microphone

i was watching neil young rust never sleeps and saw that he had 2 little microphones on his harmonica holder...
is this something he did on his own or is there a product
its pretty cool because he is just walkin around singing,playing harmonica, and playin his gutiar.

    My guess is they are wireless headset or lavalier mics. The mounting system is most likely a custom-built system, but it would be easy to duplicate if you could afford the mics.
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.
