Does anyone know anything about the Tascam US-122, or know any good sites for recording gear reviews? I thought harmony central had them, but all I can find is software reviews.

It's basically what I'm looking for (in price and inputs), but it got a 7 in the musician's friend ratings.
I'm also open to any other suggestions.

It comes with ProTools LE, the best software of that level (in my opinion) and it's very high-quality.
It is a bit more expensive, but it's hardly a toy... it's a serious unit....and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.0
