what pedal is that for red mosquito that mike is using? i once knew the name of it a while ago but i cant remember anymore

    I'm listening to the NO CODE version right now...

    It's really distorted...more distortion than just a ts9. Maybe it's a combo of an overdriven amp AND his ts9. Or else two distortions at once. But, he's also using a slide part of the time. Maybe it's a rotovibe on the slowest setting. I'm running out of guesses.

    it still sounds like he's using a slide bar as well, can anyone who's seen it done live back this up?

    I will note that the red mosquito tone is exactly the same as jack whites general tone. Jack uses a slide constantly.



    But anyway...

    jack white uses a muff but the red mosquito tone strikes me as a germanium or germanium/silicon hyrbib fuzz.
