I can't believe I didn't mention Go..Yep, one of the best! Not For You helped a lot during todays rainsoaked slog. I'm going to check out Whipping and Garden. For me, no PJ, no run. Forgot my I River one day...went to Starbuck's instead.tail lights fade...

Starbucks, yep, that's the best exercise i'd say. Deciding what coffee to choose from , that's a real excersise of the mind! I always go for a mocha-coconut at the end.
I have an i-river as well, good gadget
p.s. is going to a Starbucks against the Pearl-Jam-ethic of fighting the world corporate companies?I'll ride the wave where it takes me...0 -

However, if you want a better taste, you really have to go to the independent cafes that grind their own beans. There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous

Ms. Haiku wrote::DWell, quite frankly it's about taste. Starbuck's has the water-d down edge to it. I mean their marketing scheme is very successful. All of the cute colors on all the cute coffee mugs at just the right time of year.

yeah , i know, what you drink in Starbuck's is not actually coffee. It's usually melted caramel and chocolate and whipped cream and stuff, and maybe a wee touch of coffee. It still tastes good though
I don't know if you have a coffee shop chain called Nero, they make a damn good strong cup of coffee
Anyhoo, small coffee places can very often be the bestI'll ride the wave where it takes me...0 -
Satan's Bed would be the absolute bollocks. Try it.0

Superunknown is way underated I could listen to it all at the gym and have I think...Dusty comes to mind after a rough day. Outshined and Sonic Reducer are my top 2 for lifting.
I guess I like the fast stuff by PJ on my running setlist because it includes:
Leash, Saying No, I Got Shit, Habit, Faithful, Glorified G, Marker and Severed Hand.
Other songs include Creep, Fea, a lot of The Who and Cheap Trick and believe it or not (a little embarassing) Lose Yourself from Eminem.
and btw, IMHO...earbuds rule!Left the Porch0 -

I'm not sure where it was originally played but the 3 versions I have are from Chapters, Covering 'em selves, and one of the Green Habit compilations.Left the Porch0 -

...should know about "the new download/share thread". Just be prepared to share back, and nothing after 2004. Megaupload is really easy to use as is zipping/unzipping .rar files...very easy. I think you would enjoy some other covers that can be picked up from these shows as well such as:
dock of the bay, everyday people, driven to tears etc. Give it a try here first and if you have any questions let me know.

The No Code songs are really good to track to. In other words, if I feel spacy, and I think it's affecting my running, then I try to *track* with the words, just take them one at a time. In My Tree and Red Mosquito are good tracking songs. There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous

I bombed past my daughter (she's way younger than me...) when Brain of J came up on my player...try it!
(of course, she soon caught up)tail lights fade...
