Did Eddies mom ever get away from that bastard or did he at least get help to treat her better?

When I hear that song as a woman I really feel her pain (vicariously, through Eddie) and I just hope shes found happiness, whether on her own or with him as a changed man.

Anyone have any info. on her ?

    Honest to god, Im not gonna post for a while at least .. but I was checking my pm's
    and then I saw this thread and just had an impulsive reaction and posted that and then was like "Oh my stinkin god! Im such a ding a ling, I cant believe I just posted!" and of course there is no delete feature much to my dismay :(

    Now, thats my story and Im sticking to it! :)

    Try http://www.theskyiscrape.com and the red mosquito forum, I'm not sure if you can post about it there but you can't here. In my opinion it's about what a song's about...

    Thank you, I appreciate that.
    And I also think if he chose to put it as the subject matter of a song
    then I dont view it as prying into his personal life if we wonder how
    and if the situation resolved itself...just my two cents ;)
